Commercial Bank International seeks to attract emarati talent at Careers UAE

As part of its ongoing efforts to attract qualified UAE nationals to join its workforce, Commercial Bank International (CBI) is participating in the annual Career Fair, taking place at the Dubai World Trade Center from 5 to 7 March 2012.
Committed to recruit, train and retain talented Emarati graduates across UAE, CBI has an innovative six-month graduate programme aimed to recruit and train University graduates seeking a career in banking.
Supported with a personal development programme and a mentor the programme consists of training in banking essentials, critical business skills and understanding the values of CBI, followed by on the job training across functions.
According to Ms. Zainab Noureldini, Head of Human Resources “the objective of the participation is to attract talented UAE nationals looking for a challenging and stimulating career in banking. Our youth will continue to be the backbone of UAE’s development and we firmly believe that investing in them is investing for the nation’s better future”
In addition to offering specialized career development and training programmes that will cover all aspects of regional and international banking, CBI will also offer customized training programmes designed to guide young nationals identifying their professional acumen and areas of specialization in the banking industry.
She believes that the fair will provide a platform for CBI to meet with those seeking career opportunities at the bank.
CBI Human Resources team along with cross functional department managers will be available to answer questions on new careers, training, personal development, employment policies and growth prospects available at CBI.
