Commercial Bank International welcomes its 7th Batch of UAE National trainees

In line with its Emiritization strategy Commercial Bank International (CBI) announced the recruitment of 17 UAE Nationals in its National Development Program. The program recruited 17 aspiring UAE nationals with strong academic performance from various leading institutions in UAE.
CBI emphasizes its commitment in training and recruiting talented UAE Nationals and reinforces its strategy to recruit and empower UAE Nationals to take up roles across the different departments of the Bank.
Kris Babicci, Chief Executive Officer of CBI alongside senior management met the new trainees, and commented saying “It is my pleasure to meet with many young Emiratis that are looking for job opportunities in the private sector. Today marks our continued commitment to further enhance the experiences and opportunities available to UAE Nationals within the banking industry across the Emirates. We are committed to nurturing talented individuals and providing them with opportunities, to contribute to developing their careers. Hiring talented UAE National has always been a strategic objective for us and we wish them success and I am sure they will be great assets to the UAE finance sector.”
Zainab Noureldini, Head of Human Resources and the manager of the NDP Program adds ‘They are high achievers and we are proud to officially welcome them to the CBI team. In this program we focus to build a close relationship with the trainees. We aim to assure that they are informed with the best banking practices. Last year, we had a team of highly successful candidates that continued their career with us in different areas of the bank.’
Last year, CBI celebrated the success of 30 UAE nationals for their completion of this year’s program. This progress highlighted the support of CBI to benefit the UAE with a knowledgeable economy.
