What happens if my card is lost or stolen?
Please call 800224 immediately. Our Customer service representatives are available 24/7 for assistance. You can also call on +971 6 5117777 if you are travelling overseas.
Do I need to activate my credit card on receiving it?
Yes, for security reasons you will need to call 800224 to activate your card. This is a simple process and is to ensure the safety of your card.
What are the payment options available to settle my credit card dues?
You can opt for a flexible payment by choosing to pay 3% of the monthly outstanding balance due or settle it in full. Flexible payment will attract an interest charge.
Is there an annual fee on CBI credit cards?
CBI does not charge any annual fees on the Fee Free MasterCard Titanium credit card (either Primary or Supplementary cards).
For the Low Rate Via Platinum credit card there is an annual fee of AED 150 for Primary cardholders but the fee for Supplementary cardholders is waived.

You can set up a direct debit instruction with us and conveniently settle your monthly payments. You can also pay at any of the CBI branches across UAE or at any of our Cash & Cheque Deposit Machines at the following locations:
