Update Personal Details
Important Notice: Update your Personal Information by 31st December 2016
It is a UAE Central Bank regulatory requirement for all banking customers to provide up to date personal information to the banks they deal with. To ensure continuity of your account services, please send us your current information:
- Emirates ID (Front and Back)
- Mobile Telephone Number
- Email Address
Sending this information is quick and easy and only takes a few minutes to complete through one of the following channels:
- Document Upload: Simply click here to update your details through our website. Enter your full name (as per passport), email address, CBI customer account number or CIF number, Emirates ID number and expiry date. Upload your supporting documents (copies of front and back of your Emirates ID) and click on "Submit" to update your information
- By Email: Email copies of your Emirates ID (Front and Back) along with your CBI customer account number or CIF number and mobile number to email@example.com from the email address you have registered with CBI.
- Branch: Visit your nearest CBI Branch with your original Emirates ID Card and our Customer Service Representative will gladly assist you.
Please note that if you fail to submit the above details to us by the 31st of December 2016, we will need to take action in relation to your account(s) which may include placing a block on certain account services.
If you have recently provided us with copies of the front and back of your Emirates ID, email address and mobile telephone number, kindly ignore this message.
